1st Month

Two (2) one - hour weekly calls with Victoria and the team that includes:

• Victory Insured will research the quickest, effective, and easiest exam course in your state - we guarantee you will pass the state exam and will work with you until you successfully pass.
• We will schedule your fingerprints, and drug screening.
• We will discuss your learning styles, what you are looking for in your next career, discuss salary expectations.

2nd Month

Two (2) one - hour weekly calls with Victoria and the team that includes:

• Industry Certifications completed - (8 total) creating a competitive edge over the competition
• Resume Re-writes to align with industry standards
• Call Script Training - we will do the calls with/for you but we
• want to teach you how to "fish" so you will never need this service again.

3rd Month

• Victory Insured team will apply to rosters for you at minimum 5 but up to 10 rosters.
• We will ensure you are pass the gatekeeper and input into the TPA's system as "experienced" - we will teach you how to sell yourself to make the salary you desire.

4th - 6th Month

Two (2) one - hour weekly calls with Victoria and the team that includes:

• We will start making calls - we guarentee you get the job
• Industry Certifications completed - (8 total) creating a competitive edge over the competition
• Resume Re-writes to align with industry standards
• Call Script Training - we will do the calls with/for you but we want to teach you how to "fish" so you will never need this service again.

Mentorship Program Subscription Terms and Agreement

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the Mentorship Program. This agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the subscriber and the program provider. By subscribing to the Mentorship Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Duration:

   a. The Mentorship Program subscription is valid for a duration of 6 months.

   b. The program requires three monthly payments for a total price of $2997.

   c. Each monthly payment will amount to $1,099.

   d. The recurring payments will be processed automatically on a monthly basis.

2. Program Benefits:

   a. As a subscriber, you will receive access to the Mentorship Program for the duration of your subscription.

   b. The program offers mentorship, guidance, and support in becoming a claims adjuster.

   c. The program may include a combination of online resources, video calls, written materials, and other tools as deemed appropriate by the program provider.

3. Subscription Cancellation/Refund:

a. No refunds or cancellations will be provided once you enrolled in this mentorship program.

4. Intellectual Property:

   a. All program materials, including but not limited to written content, videos, and resources, are the intellectual property of the program provider.

   b. Subscribers may only use the program materials for personal use and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the materials without prior written consent from the program provider.

5. Limitation of Liability:

   a. The program provider will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and helpful information but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the mentorship program.

   b. The program provider will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the mentorship program.

6. Confidentiality:

   a. Both the subscriber and the program provider agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the mentorship program.

   b. Confidential information includes but is not limited to, personal experiences, business strategies, and trade secrets.

   c. Both parties will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and protection of this information.

7. Governing Law:

   a. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [specify jurisdiction].

   b. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
